Metals used in Photo Chemical Machining

One of the significant advantages of this process is the broad range of metals and other materials that can be photo chemically machined. Below is a list of some of these alloys and materials.

It is important to point out, however, that each manufacturer who is producing PCM parts have their own experience with regard to the selection of metals and alloys that they work with. It is important that you consult directly with your PCM supplier to discuss alloy or material selection and they will assist you in choosing the right materials for the job.
